The quicker you can tell us your rough travel dates, group size and budget, the faster we can put together an accurate quote rather than a generic price range. It helps to know whether you are travelling as a couple, a family with children, or as part of a larger community group.
If you already have a preferred hotel category in mind, whether that is budget-conscious economy or a Haram-view suite, mentioning it upfront saves a round of back-and-forth messages.

How quickly we respond
Enquiries submitted during office hours are typically answered within a few hours, and anything received overnight or over a weekend is picked up first thing the next working day. We aim never to leave an enquiry waiting more than 24 hours.
For urgent last-minute departures, calling or WhatsApping directly is faster than the online form, since it lets us check live flight and hotel availability with you on the call.

Phone and WhatsApp are best for anyone who wants to talk through options in real time, ask follow-up questions, or negotiate a group rate. Email or the enquiry form suits pilgrims who prefer to receive a written quote they can review at their own pace and share with family members.
Whichever channel you choose, your enquiry lands with the same team, so switching from WhatsApp to a phone call later will not mean repeating your details from scratch.
Booking with confidence
Every flight-inclusive package we sell is protected under our ATOL licence, 11842, which means your payments are safeguarded and you are covered for repatriation in the rare event of a business failure in the travel supply chain. We are also IATA accredited and an ABTA member.
A £250 per person deposit secures your booking and your ATOL certificate is issued immediately, with the balance due 45 days before departure. We never ask for full payment upfront.
Group and mosque bookings
If you are coordinating a group booking on behalf of a mosque, Islamic centre or extended family, we assign a dedicated group coordinator who manages the room list, payment schedule and any scholar-led guidance separately from individual bookings, so nothing gets lost across a large group.
Group rates typically apply from fifteen pilgrims upward, and we can arrange a single point of contact for the group leader to simplify communication with everyone travelling.
Visiting or calling our office
Our UK office is available by phone Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, with Sunday available by appointment for pilgrims who can only speak outside standard hours. During Ramadan, our phone lines stay open later into the evening to accommodate fasting hours.
For pilgrims who prefer a face-to-face conversation, we are happy to arrange a call at a time that suits you rather than requiring an office visit, since most of our team works across different parts of the UK.
