Every package on this page includes hotels in both Makkah and Madinah, ranging from short shuttle rides to direct Haram-plaza access depending on the specific property. Distance to the Haram is usually the single biggest factor in day-to-day comfort, particularly for Fajr and Isha, so we list it clearly on every package card rather than burying it in the small print.

All packages here include full Umrah e-visa processing through the Nusuk platform, arranged on your behalf using your passport and a recent photograph. You do not need to navigate the Saudi visa system yourself, though we are happy to talk you through it if you would prefer to understand each step.
On arrival, you will be guided through entering ihram, performing Tawaf around the Kaaba, Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, and the hair-shaving or trimming that completes your Umrah. First-time pilgrims are paired with a guide for this initial rite; independent worship is entirely your choice afterwards.
Guided Ziyarat is included across Makkah and Madinah, covering sites such as Jabal al-Noor, Jabal Thawr, Masjid Quba, the Qiblatain Mosque and Uhud, depending on your specific itinerary. These tours run at a gentle pace with rest stops, suitable for elderly pilgrims and families.
