Terms & Conditions
Please read these booking conditions carefully. They set out the basis on which we arrange your Umrah travel.
1. Your booking contract
A contract is formed when we issue a booking confirmation and you have paid your deposit. Please check all names, dates and hotel details immediately and tell us of any error within 24 hours.
2. Deposits and balance
A non-refundable deposit is payable per person at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before departure, or immediately for bookings made within 8 weeks of departure.
3. Cancellations by you
Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive written notice: loss of deposit more than 8 weeks before departure; 50% of the total between 8 and 4 weeks; 100% within 4 weeks. Airline tickets and issued visas are non-refundable once processed.
4. Amendments
Name changes, date changes and hotel changes are subject to airline and hotel policy plus an administration fee. We will always advise the exact cost before making a change.
5. Visas and travel documents
You must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date. While we process your Umrah visa, issuance remains at the sole discretion of the Saudi authorities and we cannot be held liable for refusals or delays.
6. Hotels and transfers
Hotels are as named in your confirmation. In the rare event a named hotel becomes unavailable we will provide a hotel of comparable or higher standard at a similar distance from the Haram.
7. Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance including medical cover is strongly recommended and is your responsibility to arrange before departure.
8. Financial protection
Flight-inclusive packages sold by us are financially protected. You will receive an ATOL certificate at the time of booking that lists exactly what is protected.
9. Complaints
If a problem arises during your trip please tell our ground representative immediately so we can resolve it. If it remains unresolved, write to us within 28 days of your return.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
