From the moment you land at Jeddah or Madinah airport, you need a reliable way to reach your hotel, move between Makkah and Madinah, and visit the historical sites around each city. We arrange every stage of this in advance so nothing is left to negotiate with an unfamiliar driver in an unfamiliar country.
Airport to hotel transfers
Whether you land at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah or Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport in Madinah, we arrange a private vehicle to meet your flight and take you directly to your hotel, with the driver tracking your arrival time so waiting is kept to a minimum even if your flight is delayed.
From Jeddah, the drive to Makkah takes roughly 60 to 90 minutes depending on traffic and the exact hotel location, while from Madinah airport to the Central Area hotels near the mosque is typically a 20 to 30 minute drive.
The Jeddah-Makkah-Madinah triangle
Most Umrah itineraries involve some combination of Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, and there are two main ways to cover the roughly 420km between Makkah and Madinah: by road in a private vehicle, which takes around four to five hours, or by the Haramain High Speed Rail, which covers the same distance in under two and a half hours.
We can book either option depending on your preference and budget. Road transfers offer door-to-door convenience and the flexibility to stop along the way, while the train offers speed, comfort and a fixed schedule that suits pilgrims who prefer not to spend half a day on the motorway.
The Haramain High Speed Rail
The Haramain train connects Makkah, Jeddah (including a station near the airport) and Madinah, running at speeds of up to 300km/h with air-conditioned carriages and assigned seating in economy or business class. It is a comfortable option for families and elderly pilgrims who find a long road journey tiring, though it does require an additional transfer by road or taxi between the train station and your hotel at each end, which we build into your itinerary automatically when you book rail transfers with us.

These sites carry deep historical and spiritual significance, and a knowledgeable driver or guide can explain the context as you visit, turning a simple car journey into a meaningful part of your trip.
Ziyarat tours in Madinah
In Madinah, the most commonly visited sites are Masjid Quba, the first mosque built in Islam; Mount Uhud and the martyrs' graveyard; Masjid al-Qiblatain, where the direction of prayer was changed during a single congregation; and the surrounding date farms and markets. Most Madinah ziyarat tours take half a day and can be scheduled around your prayer times so you never feel rushed.
