Legal
Privacy Policy
Pilgrims trust us with sensitive documents. This policy explains exactly what we hold, why, and for how long.
Data we collect
Contact details, passport and visa information, travel preferences, dietary and mobility needs, payment references, and technical data such as your IP address and pages viewed.
Why we use it
To prepare quotes, process Umrah visas, book flights and hotels, meet Saudi immigration and airline requirements, provide in-country support, and where you have consented, to send occasional offers.
Legal bases
Performance of your booking contract, compliance with legal obligations such as visa and ATOL reporting, our legitimate interest in improving our service, and your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies.
Who we share with
Airlines, hotels, ground handlers, the Saudi Nusuk and visa platforms, our payment processor and, where required, regulators. We never sell your data.
International transfers
Delivering your Umrah requires transferring data to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We use appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses with our partners.
Retention
Booking records are held for seven years to meet financial and regulatory obligations. Marketing consent records are held until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent or complain to the ICO.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to staff who need it, and passport scans are stored in a segregated, access-logged system.
